Mr. Mario Zavala is the Director and Developer of Mision Los Sahuaros.

At present he owns Promin, a real estate business located in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.

For the last 23 years he has dedicated himself to many different activities related with the promotion and construction of houses, apartments and condominiums all of various models and sizes.

In 2002 Mr. Zavala, a man of broad vision, had the idea of doing something different to the south of San Felipe, where there are the most beautiful beaches, and you can watch beautiful sunrises and desert sunsets.

The idea of this development came when we realized that our land, in its natural beauty, has beach and mountain views, underground water, ancient saguaro cacti, aromatic trees, with close access to the beach. Every person who visits this place is struck with a respect for nature.

The most important thing for us, when we decided to develop Mision Los Sahuaros was that we want ed to provide our clients with a development that will become a beautiful community, meeting the needs of all our owners. It will be unique, and far away from the noisy big cities, so that residents can be in touch with nature in a setting with all comfort, peace, and security that Mision Los Sahuaros has to offer.
