When you arrive at the development you are greeted, registered, made to feel at home and offered refreshment.
We then ask a few questions to establish what it is you may be looking for, a price range you feel comfortable with, and whether you are looking for a full-time residence, a retirement home, or a summer get-away.
Once we have established what you desire, we will give you a wall-map tour of the lots and homes we have available. When you get an understanding of what is available to you, we will then take a physical tour of the homes and lots.
When you have chosen your perfect lot, you will then have the opportunity to pick the home style of your choice.
Then it’s back to the office to prepare a worksheet to give you the exact costs of what you have chosen, so there are no hidden costs.
If the numbers seem comfortable to you, and everything is agreeable, we then get a deposit and set a closing date for completing the transaction.
We then apply for the Escrituras (Title Transfer) at the Notary’s office so that on the day of the closing the paperwork will be ready for signature, title and money to change hands. At this time application is made for the Fideicomiso (Bank Trust ).
